If you've not yet created your local Monotone database, please follow those instructions before:

Generating Keys
Assuming your local database is named cw.mtn:
% mtn --db=~/cw.mtn pull Sophos.ca "com.collaboration-world.pantomime*"
% mtn --db=~/cw.mtn checkout --branch com.collaboration-world.pantomime
If you want to update, just change the current directory to com.collaboration-world.pantomime and run:
% mtn --db=~/cw.mtn pull Sophos.ca "com.collaboration-world.pantomime*" pull
% mtn update
